Refund/Cancellation Policy

​At Wecostay, we aim to provide our guests with flexible and clear cancellation and refund policies to ensure a seamless experience. Below are the details of our policy:

 

1. Standard Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the check-in date: Full refund minus a cancellation processing fee of 5% of total paid amount. 

- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date: One night's stay will be charged.

 

2. Non-Refundable Rates

Certain promotional and discounted rates are non-refundable. If you have booked a non-refundable rate, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, changes, or no-shows.

 

3. Refund Processing

- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of the cancellation request.

- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

- Any bank or transaction fees incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the total refund amount.

 

4. Early Departures

- Early departures: If you decide to shorten your stay after check-in, the remaining nights will be charged in full.

 

5. No-Shows

- No-shows: Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and have not cancelled their reservation in advance will be charged for the entire stay.

 

6. Special Circumstances

- Medical Emergencies: In case of a medical emergency, a full or partial refund may be considered upon submission of valid documentation.

- Death or Bereavement: Full refunds will be considered in the event of the death of the guest or an immediate family member, upon submission of valid documentation.

 

7. Force Majeure

Wecostay is not liable for cancellations, delays, or alterations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, wars, pandemics, or government restrictions. In such cases, refunds will be subject to the policies of the service providers involved.

 

8. Travel Insurance

We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may require you to cancel or change your travel plans.
